11 GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must successfully earn at least 26 credits in a plan of study that includes specific courses in English, math, science, social studies, and other required courses and electives. Students must also select and complete an endorsement as mandated under HB5.

IMPORTANT: The Distinguished Level of Achievement is required for automatic admission to state 4 year universities.

Stay focused on academics Do not lighten your academic load for senior year Meet with your school counselor Stay involved in school activities Standardized Testing Prepare for and register for ACT / SAT tests (Test prep materials can be found at actstudent.org and collegeboard.org websites) Register for AP tests as appropriate College Exploration Explore colleges on the Web Visit colleges if you can (Students get 2 college visits their junior and senior year that are excused absences- 4 total. 18 ASVAB The student ASVAB is a great career assessment tool.
It is an aptitude test which assesses what you are good at learning. Announcements will be made about how to sign up for the ASVAB.

19 FAFSA Free Application for Federal Student Aid
FAFSA is used to apply for federal student aid, such as grants, work study, and loans. Applications open October 1st of the students’ senior year. FAFSA.gov myStudentAid app for iOS and Android
