4 Month Year doc.: IEEE yy/xxxxr0 July 2010 IEEE P Progress Report IEEE P WG Letter Ballot 3.0 was launched in the end of March 2010 Total Number of Comments Received = 725 Approx. 405 TR Comments, 210 ER Comments, 36 T Comments and 65 E Comments Considerable progress has been made towards addressing and resolving these comments June interim meeting was held entirely over telecons to resolve comments Agenda for July Plenary – Keep resolving comments and build consensus towards the goal of reaching the WG re-circulation ballot and Sponsor Ballot by Nov. 2010 Apurva N. The results from the Re-circ are as shown below with the Draft receiving >75% Response Ratio and >75% Approval Ratio Number of Comments Received from the Re-circ = 13 Comments were resolved over a telecon on June 30th, 2010 Electronic confirmation ballot for the 13 resolved comments was launched on July 3rd, 2010 The WG is likely to make a motion to the EC in July Plenary requesting for a conditional approval to send the P Draft to the RevCom. Results of re-circulation ballot on Draft 7.0 174 Total eligible people in this ballot group 114 Agree without comment 8 Disagree with comments 1 Disagree without comment 16 Abstain 139 Votes received 80% Return ratio 93% Approval ratio Apurva N.
