Black and white and red feathers Medium sized tail Biggest bird in the woodpecker family Very little amount in North America

And usually makes 5 glossy eggs

Problems Hundreds left One of the most endangered animals.
Their dyeing from deforestation. Removal of trees from the area.

Solutions There’s amount of money that you would be able to stop the deforestation about billion dollars to stop deforestation. If we ever done this for them they would have a better life and would not be endangered from dying from deforestation.

Where are they now? People spotted them in the deepest part of the forest of Florida and central Louisiana. And they are also are spotted in the swamps of Arkansas. Also there lots of them spotted in south Carolina.
