We are all going to die anyway… there’s no grub in heaven or hell…. Eat when you have the chance… not when you’re old

CONSEQUENCES OF TAKING GRUB
Leads to poor eyesight loss of hair and memory Alters the brain activity in a similar manner to addictive drugs Major Consequences Risk of developing chronic diseases e.g. cancer, heart diseases &diabetes Expectant mothers who eat junk food, increase the likelihood of unhealthy eating habits in their children

Suggestions Improving the quality and quantity of school food
Hiking prices for junk food in shops Advising parents on carrying healthy foods on visiting day Opening canteens that sell healthy food e.g. milk

Conclusion Most young people like taking junk food Their reasons vary:
To gain weight Generation trend Peer influence Given the chance, they go to great extents to take junk food. Much money is spent by students taking junk food. They do this knowing the consequences It will not be possible for us to achieve vision 2030 as per the current eating habits, so we better change the current eating habits as we know, a stitch in time saves nine

RECOMMENDATIONS Government should be strict on the contents of junk food 1. 2. Labelling of junk food packets 3. Advertising healthy eating Sensitizing people on healthy eating 4.
