How to be Successful -Morning routine -Evening routine
-Playtime with family -Healthy Dinner -Bedtime 8PM goal (little ones need hrs) -Morning routine -Wake up the same time every day -Eat healthy breakfast (home or school) -Clear rules: Only stay home with fever or vomiting -Remind students: school is their job while they are a kid, when they are an adult they will have to go to work

Strategies to Ease Anxiety
-Write it out and throw it out (write down fears and throw them out) -Facts and Feelings (go over what will happen- go over what is a fact and what is a feeling)
