Pilot Project 1 – Fuel Consumption and Emissions Automated Data Collection and Reporting (DCR) – 10 ships initial then 10 more spread in African region Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD) joint data collection plan on air quality monitoring at the port 2. Pilot Project 2 – Uptake of ship energy efficient technologies and operations (Shore Power / Cold Ironing) 1st MTCC- AFRICA NATIONAL WORKSHOP 2017
