4. On the day…… Blue boys to Miss Povey’s room
Please arrive by 8.00am but no earlier than 7.50! If you are running late, please phone the school to let us know
Children will register with their team – Red or Blue (Your children will know which team they are in!)
Blue boys to Miss Povey’s room
Blue girls to Mr White’s room
Red boys to Miss Papa-Adams room
Red girls to Mrs Walton’s room to be registered by Mrs Laffey

5. Things to remember
Medication No mobile phones Nothing electrical Hat, sun lotion, Vaseline, named water bottle! Spending Money (up to £10, some in change if possible)

6. Things to remember
School sweatshirt, fleece or hoodie A full ‘kit’ list will be on the website

7. Thank You
for completing the medical forms! When the trip is over, all forms will be destroyed

8. Medication
If you child is unlucky enough to become ill over the next couple of weeks and require additional medication that you have not put on the form – DON’T WORRY! Please send in a covering letter on the day of the trip!

9. On the day……
Hand in any medication to Mrs Baker – she will be under the shelter. Please don’t forget that any medication you hand in must be on the medical form or have an accompanying letter

10. Coming home……
Leave Swattenden Centre approx 2.30 Arrive back at Upton by approximately 4.30 Any delays will be posted at school
