Based on the basic principle, we focus on constructing 、testing and using econometric models. Especially, we will spend much time to introduce regression analysis. And we will investigate regression modeling, generalized regression, instrument variables, estimate method, and so on.

We will investigate the theory of household utility maximization over consumption and leisure.
The model of utility maximization produces a demand for leisure time that translates into a supply function of labor. When home production is considered in the calculus ,then desired “hours” of the formal labor can be negative.
