Images G and H show an AFI false-positive lesion. Detailed inspection with NBI (Image I) showed regular mucosal and regular vascular patterns not suspicious for dysplasia. Histopathology revealed non-dysplastic BE. AFI: autofluoresence imaging; NBI: narrow band imaging; BE: Barrett's eosphagus.
