The CSC also provides training to your HR and broker team on employer reporting tools, including InfoPort and online tools on the umr.com employer site. Customer specialist Location: Dayton, OH Your day-to-day claims service expert who systematically tracks all claims/customer service inquiries and operational performance Embedded within your call/claims team to identify trends in service issues, provide targeted training to that team, report on service metrics and resolve plan design questions; serves as your source for service inquiries that come from your employees that haven’t been addressed by calling customer service © 2013 United HealthCare Services, Inc.
