2. Once the Agent logs into the MATRIX system they can do a search for properties and then select the Customer w/RatePlug Report from the dropdown list. Another option is to click on the RatePlug Icon to see the detailed mortgage payment information.

3. This is the “Customer w/ RatePlug” Report
This is the “Customer w/ RatePlug” Report. The Agent can the Buyer with the Report.

4. The homebuyer will have the option to click on the RatePlug Icon to open the mortgage payment information or click through the MLS# link to see the Property Detail.

5. The homebuyer will have the option to click on the RatePlug Icon to open the mortgage payment information once they are viewing the Property Detail view.
