A personal statement is exactly what it sounds like— it is a way for you to showcase who you are, your personal achievements, and most importantly, how you would like to grow
No one wants to hear how perfect you are— they want to hear how you will improve with their program
At the same time, you do need to talk yourself up

You need to be honest with yourself— where do you truly wish to grow? Where do you feel you have flourished?
Find a quiet space— relax— don’t let this completely stress you out
