Six online webcasts, viewed by campus team members as a group : ● Pre-reading or pre-viewing “homework” ● minute guest speaker presentation, followed by interactive Q&A ● Hands-on data-based activity ● Follow-Up Assignments: -- In-depth data dashboard activity -- Discussion forum posts

Second Program Hour = 11am-12pm Team Time!!
Face-to-face follow-up and discussion facilitated by campus team leads: ● features campus-based student success specialists or initiatives as well as campus-specific data sets ● provides opportunities to workshop campus-specific data action research project(s)

Assembling Your Team by Mid-November
We recommend cross-functional mixed-stakeholder teams: ● team members per campus/group ● consider recruiting one faculty member per college ● consider involving your IR Office ● consider naming co-team leads ● consider mixed expertise; novice and advanced data users

Role of the Team Lead(s)
We recommend Co-Team Leads to: ● facilitate communication with your campus team ● participate in monthly planning calls with Program Director ● coordinate logistics on your campus ● plan second hour of team time ● share program updates

Identifying a Strategic Area of Focus by Mid-November
We Ask for Alignment with GI 2025 Goals: ● 4 or 6-year graduation rate for first time freshmen ● 2 or 4-year graduation rate for transfer students ● Equity Gap for Historically Underserved Students ● Possible Areas of Focus: Advising / Retention / Probation / Course Sequencing / Enrollment Management / Course Redesign / Pathways / HIPS / Meta-Majors / Nudges / Policy Assessment / etc.
