Provides tools for customers to manage many of the services they offer Focuses on the key cost drivers in the operation such as food, supply and labor Customer identify opportunities that they want to achieve in service delivery and customer satisfaction areas. U.S. Foodservice® healthcare staff serve as a facilitators to help the customer determine priorities and put plans in place to that help the customer maintain or lower cost without sacrificing satisfaction. Many of the programs that we have were developed by customer focus groups and have been utilized by foodservice operators for several years because they are successful.
