We Are Housers ALL WE DO is administer scattered site, tenant based rental assistance PSH: 2,000 participant households annually RRH: 500 participant households annually HCV and HUD-VASH: 200 lease-ups annually $18 Million in annual rental subsidy We house about 150 households in these programs MONTHLY 110 NEW admissions and 40 TRANSFERS No supportive services – no case management – not social workers We’re a subcontractor – Nonprofit grantees and PHAs hire us to do what we do – allows them to focus on their mission of supporting vulnerable individuals and families in housing – we do the housing part Landlord Engagement : Michael Shore | AHC 2018
