User friendly tool Data entry in a timely manner Being able to answer community questions regarding effectiveness of events/strategies Multiple departmental team members working together 2/19/2019

Regarding the database tool: Needed advanced computer skills in ACCESS Dependence on others who had the geographical information systems program and other skills resulted in time management issues 2/19/2019
