The mind's ability to create and feel, offers many opportunities for our lives. creating means bringing something new and original into the world. Everyone is creative - we can all ask questions, invent, discover, and solve problems. vid

2 The Creative Process has 4 Stages:
Preparation: fill your mind with information and experiences that relate to one area of interest. You'll need motivation, curiosity and persistence. Incubation: use your unconscious mind to reflect - then, let the ideas rise to the surface of your conscious mind.

3. Inspiration: An original idea suddenly comes into your conscious mind – you say ‘A-ha!’ 4. Verification: You put your idea into action, and make it real.

5 Feeling How are you feeling?
Emotions bring a lot of richness to our lives but they can also create some problems. (copy) Emotions originate in the brain but they are not thoughts. They are instinctive reactions to what’s happening around us. We can’t control them, but we can control how we respond to them.
