Broadly accessible, responsive grant program Grant range between $5K and $25K Program Areas Arts & Culture Education Environment Health and Human Services

Funding Priority Changes for 2019
Nonprofit organizations impacted by the 2017 wildfires: financial structural other losses increased services as a result of the fires

Funding Priorities Health & Human Services
Supporting the most fundamental needs around behavioral health, housing, homelessness, and hunger funding will target programs or projects that specifically address one of these four areas.

Funding Priorities Education
Knowing that young people are significantly impacted by trauma-related events, funding will target education-focused organizations supporting the well-being of our youngest community members.

Funding Priorities Environment
Recognizing the unique beauty and vulnerability of our natural resources, funding will target programs or projects that conserve and/or restore environmentally significant land, waterways, and wildlife habitats.

Funding Priorities Arts & Culture
Knowing that access to arts education can foster a love of learning, improve personal dignity and enhance creativity, funding for the arts will focus on educational experiences for both youth and/or adults.

Criteria for Evaluation
Program or project strongly aligns with Community Grants funding priorities Goals, implementation timeline, and staffing are clearly defined and achievable Collaborations have been formalized Primary consideration will be given to organizations impacted by the fire
