“We are likely moving to a “hybrid” model in which our career advisors will also take on the role of student success advisors— meaning we will combine the student advisor and career advisor position to demonstrate the link between program choice, personal strengths and interest with career. Career advisors believe they are doing this work anyway, and our student success advisors feel they could benefit from more career training.”
