Are Fish Halal?
YES
The Prophet sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “Two dead animals and two [types of] blood are permitted for us: for the dead animals, whales and locusts; and as for blood, the liver and the spleen.” [Al Bayhaqi]

4. What about animals in the sea, other than fish?
Whales are halal
The Prophet sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “Two dead animals and two [types of] blood are permitted for us: for the dead animals, whales and locusts; and as for blood, the liver and the spleen.” [Al Bayhaqi]

5. What about animals in the sea, other than fish?
All seafood is permissible
The Prophet sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “Two dead animals and two [types of] blood are permitted for us: for the dead animals, whales and locusts; and as for blood, the liver and the spleen.” [Al Bayhaqi]
Except, Hanafis say that everything that is not a fish is mustakhbath

6. What about animals that live on the shore?
This includes crabs, turtles, seals, alligators.
None-blood flowing animals: Sea Animals
Blood flowing animals: Land Animals
