Money worries affect peoples stress levels, which leaves them unable to make important financial decisions, people who are depressed spend more, they forget to pay their bills and people take time of work unexpectedly. People with financial difficulties are 4.5 times less likely to recover from a mental health issue and those with mental health condition said it has made their mental health situation worse.
