How can I breathe properly?
An erect posture benefits breathing and optimism. A cramped posture impedes breathing. “God made man upright” Ecclesiastes 7:29

A slouching posture makes you look like a beaten, dejected person and cramps the lungs.
Protect yourself from foreign particles and from nearby coughing passengers on an airliner by using a mask.
