Small amounts of improvements in areas of weakness will dramatically increase a person’s effectiveness. A talent is your natural way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. The manner in which a talents manifests will be the same for everyone. The key to your maximum return on investment (or the path of least resistance) is to build on who you are. Y? WHY?

The Four Domains of Leadership Strengths Executing strengths are about action, making things happen, getting things done. Influencing strengths sell the team’s ideas, speak up, and make sure the group is heard. Relationship Building strengths hold the team together, building synergy.
