Room W23 Homework Week 3 C/W Treasure Island! Learning Outcome: To use your understanding of 4 figure grid references to design a treasure map.

How do I find a place on a map?
Maps can be hard to understand. We use GRID REFERENCE NUMBERS to explain where things are on a map. Every map has a grid over it. By putting together numbers on the X and Y axis you can pinpoint particular places.
