EMM ESS AIRCON have proven expertise in furnace / bright brazing of steel components (tubular & sheet metal) using Cu-filler alloys, and Brass / Cu components using Ag-filler alloys. We are pioneers in this specialized field, being the single source of many critical assemblies to OEs for over years. We supply complete ready to assemble sub-assemblies. We have facility to manufacture input components like sheet metal and tube-parts.
EMM ESS AIRCON provides expertise in Furnace (bright H2–Cu) Brazing. This process involves brazing of two metallic surfaces, heating the parts in reducing atmosphere (H2), without requiring any flux. The filler alloy is applied at brazing areas. The assembly is heated to the melting temperature of the filler alloy, the filler alloy flows to all joining points, including hidden surfaces. This process gives superior, clean, bright brazing, causing minimal distortion & residual stresses in the parts. It requires no post treatments like normalizing or cleaning.

Our Copper Tubular Assembly Lines are carefully designed keeping in mind the LEAN Production and High Quantity Output. Our Line is fully equipped with conveyors to reduce handling of child parts and to good quality of Products. All requisite testing instruments are available in-house. The manufacturing process is extremely well defined with high emphasis on Quality Assurance and Control.
