STEP 1-: SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove all loose and superficial layer or any pre treatment
from surface . If there are any cracks, repair those cracks
with appseal® STP
STEP 2-: Mixing of appseal® UC.
For Priming Coat-:
Liquid, Powder and Water Ratio is 1:2:0.5
For Main Coat-:
Liquid, Powder and Water Ratio is 1:1.5:10% of Liquid
STEP 3-: PRIMING COAT
After mixing required quantity of primary coating material, apply over prepared and damped surface with the use of

STEP 4-: After at least 6 Hrs. of Priming Coat ,Apply 1st
coat over the Surface.
STEP 5-: After at least 6 Hrs. of 1st Coat Apply 2nd coat
over the Sur face.
STEP 6-: If Required apply 3rd Coat After 6 Hrs. of 2nd
