1. Joint Enterprise – Contracted Logistics and Services Support (JE-CLaSS)
JE-CLaSS is a Multiple Award (MA), enterprise-wide omnibus Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle providing a single, streamlined, quick response contract vehicle to satisfy all performance based logistics and sustainment (operations, maintenance, supply) requirements across the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Enterprise.
JE-CLaSS Focus Areas
Areas of Support: System(s) Maintenance; Engineering Support; Supply Chain Management; Training; Fielding Support; Program Management, Administration and Reporting; Quality; Security; and Safety
Performance Based Logistics (PBL): Monitor and hold parties accountable
PBL metrics will be implemented as appropriate to the Task Order to achieve sustainable systems availability and desired outcomes of enhanced operational readiness

Defense CBRNE Response (DCRF requires Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) equipment sets used by select Defense CBRNE Response Force (DCRF) organizations. These services include sustainment support over the life cycle of the equipment sets and refresh/recertification support following a unit’s relief from the DCRF mission.
