Escape in the third degree.
A person is guilty of this when he/she escapes from custody.
Class A misdemeanor

4. 205.10 Escape in the second degree. A person is guilty of this when:

A person is guilty of this when:
He/She escapes from a detention facility; or
Having been arrested for, charged with or convicted of a Class C, D or E Felony, he/she escapes from custody
Class E felony

5. 205.15 Escape in the first degree. A person is guilty of this when:

Having been charged with or convicted of a felony, he/she escapes from a detention facility; or
Having been arrested for, charged with or convicted of a Class A or B Felony, he/she escapes from custody.
Class D felony

Being a person confined in a detention facility, he/she knowingly and unlawfully makes, obtains, or possesses any dangerous contraband.
