2 What Led up to the Event:
Breaking news,Today is the worst day in American History! The USS Maine America’s best naval ship was going on a peace keeping voyage to protect the Cuban rebels from the savage Spanish troops in Cuba. The USS Maine was parked in Havana harbor sitting idly awaiting the Generals orders on what to do. Spain has been killing thousands of Cubans who are currently fighting for their freedom. An anonymous source told us that they saw Spanish troops rigging the boat with a deadly mine.

3 What Happened After the Spanish animals had rigged the boat they denotated the mine killing most of the crew. Most of them were fathers and beloved heroes. After the Spanish blew up the ship, many were seen decapitating and feeding the Americans to sharks circling the area. Because of these actions the US senate has declared war on Spain. We need to take revenge and destroy the Spanish army so people in Cuba can have freedom! The Spanish army will stop at nothing, all Americans need to rise up and kill these Spanish pigs. If we do not, they will soon they may soon begin invading US territory.
