1. Global Engagement in Academic Research Summer PROGRAM (GEAR)
This summer program brings undergraduate students from North Carolina State University’s (NC State) global partnership institutions to Raleigh to learn about research while gaining cross-cultural experiences. Since 2009 we have hosted 384 students.
July 7- August 7, 2019 (Application Due March 16)
$3,800 USD for summer program
Includes housing, transportation, access to NC State, activities and $50 meal card
Who Should Apply:
Undergraduate students (preference for Juniors & Seniors)
Students who want to take advantage of pursuing a graduate degree in the US
Students who want to gain study abroad experience, improve English and make international friends
