Work has commenced, however the new draft has yet to be circulated to the adhoc group.

C63 Procedures – Anticipated Changes
All committees, working groups, task groups and adhoc groups shall follow Roberts Rules of Order, latest edition.
Any dispute within these C63 procedures shall be reviewed by the C63 steering committee and resolution by vote at the steering committee will take precedent.
Where a member is found in continual default of (attendance etc...) these obligations, the WG Secretariat and/or WG Chair shall direct the matter to the Subcommittee Chair. The Subcommittee Chair will report to the Steering Committee regarding membership issues for appropriate action by the Steering Committee.

Copies of handouts and subcommittee reports shall be included in the minutes. The meeting minutes shall be distributed within 15 days of the meeting.
NOTE: Please note that ASC C63 is comprised of volunteers who may have other priorities that could impact the timeline of C63 standards development.  We would ask all participants to respect this fact and be patient during the C63 standards development process.

To ensure integrity in the C63 standards development process as these standards are in many cases adopted by domestic and international Government regulatory agencies as normative requirements to demonstrate compliance to published regulatory limits we need to have text in our C63 procedures to address this important issue.

Software tools
Subcommittees, Working Groups are permitted to use software tools for the purpose of voting, file hosting service, cloud storage, and file synchronization.
For example, for the purpose of voting, SurveyMonkey.com provides free, customizable surveys, that can easily be used for voting on documents or specific issues.
