“Tip – Top Courier “ JSC offers: courier and postal services, hybrid mail, transport and logistic services. More than 20,000 shipments and 350,000 advertising materials are delivered daily in accordance with the Postal Service Act.
“Tip – Top Courier “ JSC is managed by Mrs. Denka Dimitrova - Executive Director and Mr. Lachesar Kaparashev – Chairman of the Board of Directors.

3. On the 21 September 2006 CRC issued Universal Post service license to Tip Top Courier for a 20-year period, starting from the 1st of January2007.
This license gives us the right to build-up our own postal network.
The universal postal service is launched under the brand Т-POST. We offer full range of universal postal services like: correspondence (including letters, direct mail and / or a post card), small parcels, printed materials, secogrammes, parcel service.
Centers for postal services of T-POST is available, postal money transfers and transfers to bank accounts.

“Tip-Top Courier” JSC is a courier company with it’s well established place on the market of courier non-universal postal services in the Republic of Bulgaria. It is specialized in servicing huge volumes of correspondence to corporate clients. We offer complete servicing including all stages of preparation, print, enveloping and delivery.
We are registered under the Postal services Act for accepting and/or delivery as postal shipments of messages transferred by telecommunications means.
This service includes :
Receiving advance information from the customer in a pre-coordinated electronic mode.
Processing of address data bases, correcting of non-valid or incomplete addresses.

At the post office the parcels are assigned to the employee who will deliver them and information is required from that employee concerning the delivery of each one of them. There is also a permanent mobile communication [GSM] between the couriers and the dispatch center, so a shipment can be stopped or re-routed at any moment.

93% of the shipments are collected not later that 2 hours after the pick up order.
99% of the shipments are delivered on time. In case of delay, the delivery remains at the expense of Tip-Top Courier.

We offer this in the towns of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Bourgas.

We offer door-to-door delivery. We deliver letters, invitations, flowers, awards, gifts and many others. We deliver them after consignee’s signature and after marking the delivery date and time. We offer returning of the signed copy of the bill of lading immediately after the delivery. The “Express in-town courier services” Department has 28 pickups, 2 trucks; couriers with motorcycles and bicycles.
A specialized software traces the pick up orders, the pricing, and the tracing of the shipments.
There is also a permanent GSM-communication between the couriers and the dispatch center.

13. Distribution of advertising materials
Our “Distribution of non-addressed advertising materials” department has 115 employees. We cover the whole territory of the country. The delivery in each town and area can be evidenced with documents and the customer receives a complete report on where and how much material has been delivered, on non-covered areas and the reason for this.
The delivery process is controlled by 17 inspectors (10 in Sofia) and 2 mobile groups for the smaller towns.
We offer also hand delivery, delivery of non-addresses materials, poster sticking, filling-in of inquiries.

Our “Transport and logistic department” serves the volumetric shipments and performs the night transport. All shipments are transported by 08:00 a.m. the next day at the latest.
Tip-Top Courier has it’s own warehouse in the exchange offices in Sofia and Plovdiv.
We offer complete service, including warehousing, packaging, distribution, forwarding, tracing, cash collection, and returning the requested information back to the customer.
