Today I am going to be talking through some of the findings from our 3rd annual careers report

Personal development and career guidance tool for undergraduates and adults
Support users to define and develop their career objectives
Personal profile developed through:
Interest inventory
Skills analysis
Supports development of self awareness through understanding of core interests and self-assessed capabilities
Personality type assessment to continue exploration of self-awareness
Focussed on supporting users to make decisions that are aligned with personal goals, values and capabilities

4. MyFutures assessment
Series of questions designed to assess users likes and dislikes
Match users to possible careers for further exploration and investigation
Allows user to consider a broad range of interests
Assessments and matching process tested through use by over 40 million people worldwide

5. MySkills assessment
Allows user to reflect on capabilities across a wide range of skills
Includes skills developed through work, volunteering, learning and life in general
Provides insight to key development areas across users’ skill set
Clearly shows potential opportunities subject to skills development

6. Personality type assessment
Uses MyFutures results to match user to personality type using Holland Code
Allows users to reflect on the key features of their personality style
Allows users to understand key traits that may support their personal development career choices
