Geographical – national vs main islands only Specific populations – foreigners, off-island events

3 CONTENT COMPLETENESS How complete and reliable (by variable) is the unit record data you have to work with (for the population covered) - missing variables: sex age dates

4 COMPLETENESS What is the proportion of events in the population covered that are recorded. Note – assessing completeness at a national level assumes national coverage –that all events in the country should be recorded .
