13. Aqua-aéro is a two deck catamaran style carrier vessel. It was especially designed and built to inflate and launch Hot Air Balloon off of its upper deck. Travelling at 10kt maximum, Aqua- aéro acts as the Hot Air Balloons chase vessel, following the directions of the balloon as it makes it way around the lake,lagoon or sea. The concept could be adapted to the investors project.
