Offered to you the site borrows the area 80ar. It is located in parallel with a mountain-skiing line " Suncana dolina " (the Solar valley), is direct on a slope of mountain Krst.

It is necessary to note, that the site is located in immediate proximity from cable roads (cable cars), therefore from the site it is possible to leave directly on skis up to the nearest cable car, and upon termination of driving also it is possible to return up to the site, not removing skis.

The site has two automobile access ways. In the neighbourhood with a site there are rest houses of the large Serbian organizations "Invest-bank" and "Zup", and in three hundred meters from a site there is the most magnificent hotel on Kopaonik - "Grandee". The height of object under the project makes 18 meters, and as much as possible resolved height - 25 meters. Thus, updating of the project and construction of one more floor is possible.

On a site there is one more object (the large concrete bunker from operated before mine) which it is possible to take down and release a place for the future construction, and also it is possible to convert in attractive three-level restaurant

Also on a site there is an old one-storeyed structure the area of 200 square meters which also can be taken down or converted under everything, including having created the second level on this object, having increased that the useful area up to 600 square meters. It is included in plans
