data collection in network stopped after BBC2

correction of sky brightness temperature needed
CT12 data collection stopped since March 2003
LD40 cloudbase from 6 1 min. since Feb/Mar 2003
BSRN instruments installed during BBC2 1 min)
From BBC2 till October METEK micro rain radars (4) , CT25 (2)
and disdrometer operational in Cabauw
expected shortly: microwave radiometer ESA
in April 2004 test: RPG scanning/profiling radiometer
MICCY poor operation last few months, upgrade expected in 1 month
35 GHz Cloudradar, now operational hours,
but no funding for TWT (yet)
