Must be wearing club shirt to get a pass

3. Shadowing Positions
Opportunity for future board members to have a sense of what the responsibility entails
President; Lead the club to achieve its goals for the year. Organize and direct the work for board members and make final decisions
Vice president (current sophomore only): Work closely with the president in defining and executing the goals of the club. Must step in when the President is unable.
Secretary: Maintain all membership records and any club information
Treasurer: Organize all accounting and budgeting procedures throughout any event, sale, or fieldtrip
Events Coordinator: Plan and coordinate all events of the year
Publicist: Take pictures and controls all forms of communications & social media

4. Veterans Hospital Fieldtrip Info
Meeting at 7:30 a.m. in front of stage on Monday
Attire: Jeans with no holes & club shirt
We will be stopping for food on the way back so bring money

5. Islands of adventure End of Year Trip
April 27
Point requirement is 20 by the end of January
Costs: $165 per person. It includes the bus, park ticket, 1 meal voucher , and dinner at Golden Coral
