The CITE director and assessment manager will serve as facilitators and resources throughout the grants process.
In making decisions about grants, we will privilege programs that have departmental or even college-wide impact and interdisciplinary programs. ​

4. Faculty Roles Creators Mentors Collaborators
How do faculty members engage with CITE?
Three pathways:
Faculty as Creators – Faculty members initiate proposals for QEP experiences and activities, designing the program and determining learning outcomes. Proposal must include a requirement that students reflect on their experience. Faculty work with the CITE director and assessment manager to determine an assessment strategy.
Faculty as Mentors – Faculty who are experienced with co-curricular learning programs such as internships, service learning, student research, or projects with community or industry partners, mentor peers, influencing CITE QEP activities indirectly.
Faculty as Collaborators – Faculty connect projects, programs, partnerships, and resources.
