Customer takes desired action and qualifies to receive a free gift card. KeyBank communicates promotional qualifier names to CM (daily, weekly, or monthly). Within 12 hours, CM will mail or a Gift Claim Code to each promotional qualifier enabling them to select the gift card of their choice.
