12 How do we plan our projects?
Our curriculum is delivered through projects which start with a hook to motivate and engage the children. They then learn the skills, knowledge and understanding they need to work towards a real outcome/purpose, for example creating an gallery, creating information posters or a performance. Three subjects will lead in each project, one of which is always English. There will be another application subject where the children are challenged to apply previous learning.

13 Our aims are… …to inspire the children. …to assist them in being motivated learners. …to provide a relevant and exciting learning experience to everyone in the class.

14 You can help by… Increasing your child’s independence.
Ensuring your child is fully equipped for the school day. Ensuring your child maintains a good attendance record. Supporting your child by reading to and with them regularly.

15 Any Questions? You can also involve yourselves in the PTFA and Children’s University. We hope this has been helpful! Thank you for your support!
