20 Tenant Responsibilities Tenants shall not disturb ACM, including drywall walls and ceilings in any manner. 21 Tenant Responsibilities Tenants are not allowed to hire, contract or utilize any outside entity to perform renovation, modification, repair, alteration or asbestos drywall joint compound disturbances without written approval of the landlord and this approval will be based upon the acceptance of a written plan of protection from potential asbestos disturbance.
