5. El condicional
The Conditional expresses what you would do or what would happen under certain circumstances.
Ejemplos:
Hablaría con él.
(I would talk with him.)
Compraría una casa.
(I would buy a house.)

6. Las conjugaciones:
The conditional works basically the same way as the future tense conjugations, but just with different endings. The same verbs that are irregular in the future are irregular in the conditional.

These work the exact same way as the past perfect only with the verb “haber” in the future or conditional tenses.
Examples:
I will have finished the homework.
Habré completado/terminado la tarea.
You (s. Inf.) would have washed the dishes.
Habrías lavado los platos.
