Enter your US Foods Employee ID and Last Name, then click Continue 1 2

3. Accept Program Terms & Conditions
Upon sign-in a Terms & Conditions pop-up window will appear
Review the Terms & Conditions and click Accept 1 2

4. Create Account Password
Enter your mobile phone number
Create and confirm your new Points of Focus password.
To complete our account activation, click Activate
