Base for more robust evaluation and reporting as well as better EDP programming Joint strategy to joint implementation = sector wide approach, less fragmentation Link with PA monitoring: PA Sector Strategic Result Frameworks, coordinated by Cabinet Secretariat , SDGs reporting: contribute to the SDGs monitoring and reporting

Sector intervention logic and matrix
- For each sector, preparation of an Intervention Logic and a sector matrix by the EDP Lead and relevant PA institutions : Using a Rights-based approach Confirming/improving the alignment of the EJS priorities to the NPA and sectorial strategies/policies priorities, and reconstructing a Theory of Change Focusing on EDP funded interventions in the sector Conducive for policy dialogue Identifying indicators, at outcome and impact levels, when possible, gender-disagregated and green, in consultation with PCBS when relevant. When possible, choice of RACER indicators = Relevant, Acceptable, Credible, Easy and Robust, with available baseline, data and source of verification,

Stakeholders' consultation

Annual report First annual report will cover year 2018 – to be finalised by mid-2019 Draft annual report to be ready for the first Policy Dialogue meeting Finalisation after high level policy dialogue => Overall coordination by EUREP.
