Assymetric loss of ROM Non-verifiable radiculopathy NO AOMSI, or Herniated disk w/ no symptoms after non-surgical treatment. 15% - 18% Impairment Ongoing neurologic impairment of the lower extremity related to thoracolumbar injury documented loss of motor, reflexes, or unilateral atrophy, or Radiculopathy w/ +MRI that resolved w/out surgery

5 20% - 23% Impairment AOMSI or Bilateral or Multilevel radiculopathy
AOMSI is defined as: >2.5mm translation of one vertebra on another in both flexion and extension (added together)
