The Kingdom of God So what is God’s glory? Beyond the Millennium
Numbers 14:21 But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord. Psalm 72:19 And blessed be his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen. Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Note this phrase is much broader than just the Millennial kingdom So what is God’s glory?
2
God’s glory are people who are filled with godly knowledge so
that they manifest God’s righteousness and character.
3
The Kingdom of God – its importance!
Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. Luke 9:2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick. Acts 28:30 And Paul … [31] Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

THE MILLENNIAL KINGDOM TO COME
CAPITAL - JERUSALEM - JER 3:17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart. KING - THE LORD JESUS CHRIST – LK.1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: RULERS - THE RIGHTEOUS – REV.5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. SUBJECTS – ZEC.14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. LAND - PLANET EARTH - GEN 13:15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. Also Dan. 7:27 LAWS – MIC.4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. BLESSINGS - HOLY SPIRIT GIFTS - HEB 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

Kingdom of heaven/kingdom of God
What is the difference? Both phrases mean the same. Matthew13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. Luke13:20 And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God? 21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

Time for a challenge - How is the Kingdom of Heaven/God like -- ??
MT. 13:24 “The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: …” MT. 13:31 “The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, …” MT. 13:33 “The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, …” MT. 13:44 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; …” MT. 13:45 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: …” MT. 13:47 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net..” MT 13:52 “the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, …” Ask if anyone can give the eight parables in the sequence they are in Mt. 13
7
What do we need to know about the Kingdom of God?
God’s kingdom is an eternal fact with the millennial kingdom but one phase: Psalm 103:19 The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. God’s Kingdom in Israel under Solomon: 1 Chronicles 29:23 Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him. God’s kingdom during Jesus’ 1st coming through his return. Matthew11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Luke 10:9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. God’s kingdom in this Gentile age has some heavenly facets that can be experienced by believers but not for long for the world intrudes and the violent take control by force. God’s kingdom to come, the millennial kingdom will have many more righteous features that will be experienced but even it towards the end will experience rebellion, (Rev. 20:7-11).

of the "kingdom of heaven fit"?
Does our definition of the "kingdom of heaven fit"? Matthew 11:11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. V.12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. It is suggested the kingdom of God at the time of John, who was in prison and about to beheaded, that his position was least. Luke 13:20,21 Re: parable of leaven = “kingdom of God”

2nd Parable - tares in wheat 3rd Parable – mustard seed
It is suggested the “kingdom of God” in the parables in Matthew 13 described the social and political conditions surrounding the believers, which can vary depending on time and place. 1st Parable – the sower 2nd Parable - tares in wheat 3rd Parable – mustard seed 4th Parable - leaven 5th Parable – hid treasure 6th Parable – the pearl 7th Parable – the drag-net 8th Parable – householder Let’s start with the easiest first. Why Jesus spoke in parables the answer is given at least part of the answer is given.
10
WHY SPEAK IN PARABLES OF THE KINGDOM?
Mt.13:35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world. Mt.13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries <3466> of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. 3466 “musterion” - from a derivative of “muo” (to shut the mouth). AV - mystery 27; 27 (1) hidden thing, secret, mystery What are the things in these eight parables kept secret from the foundation of the world?
11
It can't be the interpretation
for it is given in the first two parables 1st mystery – the sower 2nd mystery - tares in wheat 3rd mystery – mustard seed 4th mystery - leaven 5th mystery – hid treasure 6th mystery – the pearl 7th mystery – the drag-net 8th mystery – householder What is hidden (mystery) in each of these parables?
12
PARABLE OF LEAVEN AND MEAL = CHURCH BECOMES COMPLETELY CORRUPTED WITH FALSE DOCTRINE. (Mat. 16:12)
PARABLE OF THE MUSTARD SEED = FAST GROWTH OF THE CHURCH WHICH BENDS TO INCLUDE BIRDS LIKE CONSTANTINE. (i.e. Cyrus a bird, Isa.46:11) PARABLE OF HID TREASURE = GOD’S WORD REDISCOVERED WITH THE PRINTING PRESS PARABLE OF THE PEARLS = TRUE ECCLESIA PARABLE OF WHEAT AND TARES = False brethren in the ecclesia, v.38. PARABLE DRAGNET = J UDGEMENT PARABLE OF HOUSEHOLDER = FAITHFUL IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD PARABLE OF THE SOWER -- Jesus the sower, v.37 70A.D D A R K A G E S ?? Mt.13:11 “… it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom …” JESUS’ BIRTH JESUS’ DEATH JERUSALEM DESTROYED CHURCH STATE RELIGION ROME FALLS 476 AD REFORMATION TRUE ECCLESIA FORMED JUDGEMENT MILLENNIUM Disciples asked – why speakest in parables? Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven Ephesus = minus 1st love, Philadelphia – true ecclesia, Laodicea – Luke warm but I don’t want to stray too far from showing Bible prophecy makes up over 50% of our Bible.
13
The Promise of the Millennial Kingdom
Matthew 6:9-10 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. [10] Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. Daniel 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
14
Major changes in the MILLENNIAL Kingdom of God to come!
Psalm 72:16 There shall be an handful of corn in the earth upon the top of the mountains; the fruit thereof shall shake like Lebanon: and they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth. Micah 4:3-4 And he shall judge among many people, … nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. [4] But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: … Zech. 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. Isaiah 11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. By sail boat???
15
The Millennial Kingdom of God
Back to the horse and buggy??? Certainly not for the saints! Luke 20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, … [36] Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. For the mortal population to go up to Jerusalem each year from the far parts of the earth, the horse and buggy and by sail boat are not reasonable. But how about the mortal population? Philip mortal but caught away by God’s spirit.
16
COMMUNICATION IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD!
1 Cor. 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. Communication includes not only being able to hear but to understand completely! Acts 2:6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language. Babel reversed! Zephaniah 3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
17
WHO WILL CHANGE THE GENETIC CODE OF THE LION AND WOLF?
Hint - “equal unto the angels” Luke20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
18
What about the immortal population in the Kingdom of God?
Isaiah 64:4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. Isaiah 55:9 [9] For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
19
Being able to tap the 90% of our brain we can’t use today!
Music will be important! Psalm 149:1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints. Rev. 5:9-10 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; [10] And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. Questions for teens – what will be most valuable, spending time learning to play sports or learning to sing? Only Jesus’ immortal saints will be able to sing the new song Beethoven was able to write music without being able to hear!
20
CHRIST’S SAINTS IN CONTROL OF THE WEATHER!
Zech. 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. Job 38:22-23 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, [23] Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?
21
Not everything will be easy for the immortals in the kingdom age!
Daniel 10:13 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
22
Christ's Saints in the Kingdom of God
Revelation 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. Matthew 13:52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old. Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
23
When will the millennial kingdom come?
1. When Jesus comes as a thief (Rev. 16:15; Mt.24:43,1Th5:1-4) 2. Resurrection & judgment of the responsible (Dan.12:2; 1Thes.4:16) 3. Marriage of Christ/Saints (Rev.19:7,8; Mat.22:2; Song of Sol. 2:8-17) 4. The 6th vial (Armageddon) (Eze.38:1-23; Zech.14:1-15; Rev.16:16) 5. Jesus with the saints delivers Israel (Mt..24:27; 2Th.1:7-9) 6. Jesus upon the throne of David in Jerusalem (Luke 1:32; Isa.9:6,7) 7. The gospel is preached to the world (Rev.14:6; Rev.10:11; Joel 2:32) 8. Jesus seen by many as the Antichrist (Psa.2:2; Psa.48:2-6; Psa.83:3) 9. The 7th vial (7 Thunders) (Joel 3:13-16; Jer.25:15-33; Rev.19:15-21) 10 Millennial kingdom comes upon earth (Matt.6:10; Dan.2:44; Mic. 4:1) Cover by having them look at item #1 but kingdom doesn’t come until item 10
24
Jesus return as the thief?
When will Jesus return as the thief? Matthew24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. Daniel2:21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: 1 Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
25
What about the Season of Jesus’ return as a thief!
1 Corinthians15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, (time at Passover) and become the firstfruits of them that slept. Leviticus23:15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: 16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; …17 Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves … they are the firstfruits unto the LORD. (Time is 50 days after Passover) Leviticus23:5 “In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD'S passover. 6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: …” (This feast corresponds to Pentecost) Acts20:16 For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus … for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost. (shows its importance) Acts1:15 And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,) [= firstfruits/saints] Acts 2:1And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. (H.S. gifts Joel2:28) In 2018 Passover is April 1st + 50 days is May 19th.
26
Mt. 24:3 “The sign of thy coming” as a thief
Mark 13:4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? MARK 13: 28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: 29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors. 30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.
27
Christ’s parable of the fig tree
Matthew 24:32-34 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: [33] So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. [34] Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. The fig tree is Israel (Hos.9:10; Joel 1:7; Jer.24:2,5) which Jesus cursed in Mat. 21:18 because of no spiritual fruit. The nation died in AD 70 but in 1948 became a nation again. The generation that saw this will witness Jesus’ coming as a thief, (Mk.13:30). Mark13:30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. Psalm90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; May 14, = 2018

Correctly interpreting Bible prophecy is critical!
BIBLE TRUTH THE STRONG DELUSION 1. Jesus returns “in the flesh” as “thief”. 1. Jesus returns to the atmosphere 2. Resurrection and Judgment & marriage 2. Rapture of saints to heaven. 3. Armageddon (6th vial) 3. Russia attacks Israel 4. Christ’s capital Jerusalem & gospel preached from it. 4. Antichrist’s capital Jerusalem (= incarnation of Satan) Israel accepts Christ & Ezekiel’s temple built. 5. Israel accepts Antichrist. (3.5 yrs.) 6. Babylon the Great sees Jesus as the Antichrist. 6. Antichrist shows real colours. (3.5 yrs.) 7. (7thvial) on Babylon the Great which is anti-Christ 7. Armageddon 8. Millennium
