#1: The Crime: What did this person do? (has to be a type of murder—but can be 1st, 2nd, Voluntary Manslaughter or Involuntary Manslaughter or even self defense

#2: Did they really do it? Your story starts with your character in Jail… they have not been convicted yet… what are they thinking? Describe them here (name, personality)

#4: Now what? Some new information comes to light… maybe their lawyer comes in to tell them? A new witness, new evidence, test results are back…?
