According to Girl Scout STEM report, we know that only 57% of women make up the nation’s workforce. 20% of that graduated from college in the field of computer science, physics and engineering however, only 11% remain in the field of engineering. The report also found that a lot of girls start identifying their interest in the early ages. We see that more and more women are turning away from STEM therefore we must start at the beginning.
