Include diverse and inclusive titles in all of your programs. As you choose books for storytimes, include titles of other cultures and diverse characters. Offer sensory storytimes for families with children on the autism spectrum to attend. Feature inclusive titles in your book clubs and your “one book, one community” selections. “If you never bought another book written by or about straight cis white men, the shelves would still be packed with their stories for a very long time. “
